About Fuse

Fuse is a Fintech startup based in New York with over $10M in funding from top VCs like Primary, FJ Labs, and Clocktower. Fuse builds the next-generation Loan Origination System (LOS) for top banks, credit unions and specialty lenders in the US. Founded by Marc Escapa (Harvard MBA / McK) and Andres Klaric (Harvard MBA / Credit Suisse / HIG) in 2021, Fuse has over 20 employees and is entering an accelerated phase of growth.

The Role

In this position you will report directly to the founders of the company, working on strategic projects to tackle the top priorities of the company. This position is critical for the success of the business, and will give you a direct understanding of what it takes to scale  a startup, while allowing you to have a significant impact on the most important priorities for the company. You will bring your strategic abilities to multiple projects in the areas of operations, product, and go-to-market/sales.

Requirements:

• Proven ability to think strategically, break down problems and drive action plans
• Willingness to take any kind of challenge, and flex between high level strategic thinking to day to day operations
• 3-5 years of experience at a Top consulting firm (Mck/BCG/Bain)
• Ambition to build something big, go-getter, results oriented and eager to learn
• MBA from top school (ideal)
